Well, it is often fun to ride to meetings. Espically the Varadero Internatinal Meeting and the fifteen edition of it. Taking room in Wales.
Looking from the pictures from the campsite, its looking amazing with wooden lodges and I’m sure it is gonna be a nice whitsunweekend 17-20 May, 2013. Weather can be a little unpredictable so I’m hoping that there are activitys inside if the weather gets to nasty.

I wanna go to Wales.

• Never been in the UK with a bike.
• Very nice people going to this meetings. The Varadero community is awesome.
• The adventure of driving Motorcycle.

But.. It is worth it? Pricing on the Ferry’s gone ridiculous. DFDS from Esbjerg-Harwich and back is €555 for two persons and a motorcycle including a cabin and breakfast.

There is a cheaper alternative but require some driving through Denmark and the Netherlands. Still it will cost. Look at video

Route – Vim 15

Best solution so far is to fly and rent a bike. Flighttickets and rental of a Transalp. €575 and just driving from London to Wales and return. Taking less time and don’t need to take extra vacationdays and be away longer from the 2 year old just for travel.

Think my motorcycle adventures have to be hold on ice for a time and in first hand thinking of the familys best. Vacation budget is limited by those kind of travels and I will have to do some less expensive adventures to be fair to my family. It is a huge cost for 5 days of travel.

Sad to say, but Skye will not attend in VIM#15, Wales
